Australian QC will provide you with a quote for the Audit service with no obligation. We will send you a service agreement to fill and sign if you are happy. We will pair you with a suitable Auditor and book the Audit on your preferred timeframe when you have signed the Agreement.

An audit quote will be given to you upon analysing your Initial Scope of Audit. It depends on what registrations classes you are applying for, the number of participants and employees, the scale of your organisation and the type of Audit you require.

Due to the current covid-19 situations, all Audits are held online (Remote Audit). The Audit will follow the IAF MD4:2022 use of ICT procedures. We will confirm the level of ICT usage with you. Be assured that all your information’s are saved as we maintain a high level of confidentiality.

You will submit your document to us, and the Auditor will conduct a video conference to conduct the interview and go through your submitted documents.

Australian QC will provide you with a link to a secured Dropbox folder, where you need to put all the documents so the Auditor can review your files.

Yes, you need to be available for the Auditor to communicate with you for the Audit.

The organisation’s key personnel are allowed to join the audit team. The consultants are welcomed but not to participate in the audit – they can only observe the context.

No, Australian QC will provide you with an Audit guide that includes the list of required documents according to the NDIS Commission’s requirements.

Yes, once the Audit report has undergone the technical review process, Australian QC will provide you with a draft report for your approval.

Once your Audit has been complete, Australian QC tries to submit your Audit report to the NDIS commission as soon as possible. The rest is up to the NDIS Commission.
